Description

The BARTON 818 series turbine flowmeter preamplifier converts low level signals from turbine meter pickup coils to a square wave signal suitable for transmission up to 3 miles (5 km) for current output and 100 feet (30 m) for voltage output.

The output can be selected in the field for compatibility with several reading devices. An explosion-proof conduit of dangerous location is connected to the coil head of the turbine meter.
