Approval rating options The LGS-1500 sampling system is an electronic sample controller with an integral liquid / gas sample pump. For the liquid service, the sample is pneumatically operated by an air source supplied by the customer. For gas service, an internal pressure regulator rated for the full pressure range of the pipe protects the sample from pressure penetration. The sample transfers samples to a ventilated sample receiver or to a piston cylinder with balanced pressure.

A Valve purge manifold allows easy connection to process piping, including fast circuit connections, and a needle Valve isolates the sample from the process piping.
The controller automates the sampling process and is easily configured to operate as a timer or a pulse counter to allow sampling proportional to time or proportional to volume.
