Remote telemetry system BARTON CryoScan 60

The BARTON CryoScan 60 remote telemetry system is an ideal solution for automating tank inventory management. The ability to remotely monitor storage tank levels helps eliminate product shortages and minimizes the need to deliver "additional" products. The BARTON CS60 remote telemetry system provides tank level measurement up to the minute using pressure and level sensors or 4-20 mA transmitter inputs. Up to four sensors can be added to each unit to obtain added value. Best of all, users retrieve their tank level data directly from their computer, without having to download files from a website or a third-party data host. Built-in alarms alert the operator when a parameter falls to a reference point specified by the user. An operator can also run a status report "on demand" for instant data monitoring.

    Automatic Tank Measurement System

The BARTON 3500 Automatic Tank Gauging System (ATG) is a scalable inventory management solution for liquid inventory, custody transfer, tank farm and reconciliation applications. A unique hydrostatic measurement technique provides continuous monitoring of volume, level, density, mass, temperature and water depths at levels of reliability, accuracy and safety impossible to use with conventional hydrostatic measurement methods or other Measurement ATG technologies. In addition, the 3500 also provides monitoring for leaks, overfilling and theft.

The BARTON 3500 automatic tank measurement system consists of high-precision measurement / registration instrumentation, an intrinsically safe flexible communications network and an easy-to-use Windows-based tank management software package.

The system determines (depending on the demands) the liquid level, the volume, the corrected volume, the temperature, the density and the water measurements. It does this by measuring the hydrostatic pressures with a Measurement probe inserted into the Measurement well from the top of the tank. The hydrostatic pressures are measured with a diffused silicon pressure sensor in solid state, without the need for routine preventive maintenance.
