Description

The Valve CAMERON ENTECH DRV-BN was designed to provide three mandatory requirements for a retention valve: no knock, low pressure drop and reduced maintenance in large diameter applications.

The key feature of the ENTECH DRV-BN Retention Valve is its inherent non-slam characteristics. This can be achieved because the Valve reacts quickly to changes in flow (speed) that exceeds the process changes and can reach the point of closure before it is possible for the flow to reverse.

The ENTECH DRV-BN Retention Valve is used in a variety of applications such as water, oil and LNG pumping stations, as well as gas compressor stations. This Valve of retention is a Valve of great caliber designed for compressors and stations of pumping of 16 "(400 mm) of diameter and majors. Its special feature is to avoid water hammer by means of the rapid reaction to changes in flow (velocity), achieving the closing point before it is possible for the flow to reverse. Applications: Water, Oil and LNG pumping stations, as well as in gas compressor stations. Large Sizes designed for compressors and pumping stations 16 "(400 mm) in diameter and larger. Technical specifications

The use of an annular ring design reduces the weight of the disc, avoiding the probability of fatigue and significantly improving the response time of the Valve to changes in the flow of the pipe.

The centralized spring mechanism of a single coil is the most constant elastic force design, which is stable and responds quickly to the variation of the flow.
